WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE I love this recipe because its different, and it gives avocado, the the most versatile fruit in the Vegan world, a different name. I made this on the spot with some ingredients a client had on hand. She said to use what was available in her fridge and pantry. I had enough ingredients to make this tasty dessert, and now it's a hit with all my clients. INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED 1 whole avocado pitted 1/2 cup cacao powder 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup agave maple syrup. DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high until the ingredients are combined and the texture turns into a smooth and creamy pudding. Store pudding in an airtight container in the fridge before serving. PAIRS WELL WITH Fresh Berries, Coconut Whipped Cream.
