INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED 1 can chickpeas ( drained and rinsed) 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil 1/3 teaspoon of mined garlic 1/2 lemon ( juiced) 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon salt + more to taste 1/3 cup olive oil DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients except the Olive Oil to a food processor or a heavy duty blender. As the ingredients are blending, slowly add Olive Oil until everything is smooth and combined. Taste and season with more salt if needed. PAIRS WELL WITH Use in place of pasta sauce, use in place of mayo for sandwiches, or as a dip for pita chips and veggies.
