WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE In my house, we love mangoes, and though sometimes rare, we may have too many left when they go ripe. This Mango Sorbet is an easy dessert or snack that only requires two ingredients that we always have in stock at our kitchen. INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED 4 Honey Mangoes or Mango in Season Splash of Coconut Milk DIRECTIONS 1. Cut and Freeze peeled mangoes for 24 hours 2. Using a food processor, blend frozen mangoes and a splash of coconut milk, till well combined. 3. Serve immediately or smooth out in a air tight container and freeze. PAIRS WELL WITH Perfectly on its own
